Some Chicago couples want to be legally married now and are not interested in a wedding ceremony being performed. This is typically because they're going to have the big wedding later. For insurance, immigration, or whole host of other reasons, they want to be legally married now.
This is for signature of license with no ceremony performed, officiant will provide choice of two locations to provide service.
